It's a month, I'm chasing, so many complaints to cust care, but no one is listening.
One of stupid customer care Priyanka Ghosh not able to understand anything is guiding me the procedures to lapse the policy by not paying the EMI's. Is this the way?
I have paid the very first premium, after that I'm not able to pay for the premium for incorrect policy. Before I opted for this policy, I was getting so many calls, once I paid, the HDFC life did a mistake and issued me policy with incorrect name. Now, the HDFC team are least bothered to correct the error or call up or write any emails.
If HDFC is not willing to rectify this, I want HDFC life to refund the 1st premium paid by me so that I may start investing with other reputable banks.
