Opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging. Why this amount has been charged?? Would like to know the reason for deduction. And there is no intimation or justification from hdfc bank when discussed to hdfc support center. Instant sms is a part of safety of our accounts. Even brocking companies provide the same for free.
