[Resolved] HDFC Bank — instaloan rejected but still charging emis

I applied for instaloan on credit card but both my loans were rejected and closed. But, they are still charging/deducting emi's. How crazy is this?

Loan number 1-[protected]
Loan number 2 [protected]

Both are closed, no money was credited to my account. Then how can you charge me emis?

I need an answer asap and need this issue sorted.

This is while trying to deduct money.

I also received sms few days prior that money will be debited from my account. Glad, I transferred funds to second account of mine.
