HDFC Bank — Insurance Policy given on fake commitment

A health policy has been give to me by HDFC on fake commitment and I emailed the many time below are the emails enclosed. I don't want to purchase a policy, there are some commitments shown at the time of selling me the policy, but haven't received anything documented related to that. I am afraid if that girl made a fool of me, you guys have something to loose, nothing for me. Just need to know and make sure that the given commitments are true or not and if those were true would like to request that to be documented. Delay might harmful for you guys. Do you really think I should remember the name, she called me on last week of September(26th I Think). And which branch you are talking about, I received a call from HDFC, don't know from which branch they were. Don't have any idea what are the details you required, give me a call at 77*****091 and speak to me directly and hope I could answer your questions. Just want to clarify my concern, as I verified the given commitments were false, deactivate the policy. And I am not going to pay a single penny for it, not even for the processing or closing charge. I hope I made myself clear. Policy number provided :PN[protected] My card number:***************1543 Contact number:77*****091 The details now I could provide you here is: Yesterday I received a call from [protected], he spoke with me and said fine we are under processing of closing of your policy, and there is no any kind of charge or deduction required. Today again I received a call from [protected], and I believe this was the same girl who made the fake commitment the other day. First she tried to convince me that she hasn't made any fake commitment and when I completely disagree with her and told her to deactivate it, she started telling me charges for deactivation, I told her that there is not any deduction or charges required, I already had a word with someone yesterday but she denied and rudely hangup the call saying you have to pay the charges. Now If you want anything else I could help you with call me at 77*****091 or finish this issue ASAP.

I got call from this num, they try to give a facility on my credit card, told me that I will get a bill of 1790, but i dont have to pay anything bank will give me free of cost. I sense something fishy, so before i proceed, i call customer care, , and customer care confirm me that it was fake, After that i got call again from this number, and i denied..I lady from that side scold me, , threaten me that they are going to cancel my credit card. If these things will going on very soon i am going to cancel my credit card..
