[Resolved] HDFC Bank — insurance policy settlement | |||
Mr. Kapil Sachdeva called me in June-18 and introduce himself as GBIC personal over phone. He briefed his job in GBIC and asked me to give case to settlement (dissatisfied Insurance). I have given both my HDFC policy from which I dissatisfied because of HDFC's agent had given policy with wrong commitment. I given my both case to him and he committed to take fresh policy before going to complete settlement accordingly I taken additional policy with PNB metlife but still my both has not been settled. Now He is denying to pick and response. Please find all available detail of Kapil Sachdeva and ensure that same personal is available in GBIC and taking my case genuinely.
