Hi,
Amount 295 rs has been debited from my hdfc savings account without any prior information.
All details are there in the attached image.
I want my money back. Already contacted the branch and they have promised to refund the money in 3 working days. Anyway registering the complaint here. Please have a look and do let me know the status.

Updated by Charusree But this is unacceptable. Bank people did not give any information on this charge at the time of cash withdrawal. If I was aware of such charges, I would withdraw money as small amounts in different days.
I am totally dissatisfied with this action from you.
I want the money back since this is totally a mistake from you people.
