On 15th on November an amount of Rs. 575.00 was deducted from my Account No. [protected], BAGUIHATI - KOLKATA, without any notification. I came to know this while checking my Account summary. I request to check on this why it has been deducted as I haven't done any online transactions and return the amount to my account or get back with a valid detail reason of deduction. The charges have been levied correctly as per the Bank's Schedule of Fees and Charges.
