HDFC Bank — iphone 11 cash back not received

I purchased iphone 11 on 19oct2019 and i have not received the cash back.
I have emailed the bank as well but there is no response. The cash back was supposed to be sent within 120 days and today its 13 days overdue. The product was purchased from imagine store elante mall Chandigarh. Please resolve my Complaint.
