HDFC Bank — iphone 11 cashback not received

I bought iphone 11 product red last year on 19-oct-2019 from the imagine tresor store, elamite mall, chandigarh.
The phone was purchased with hdfc card and has offer for 6000 cash back within 120 days of the purchase. It’s been over 13 days and i have filed many complaints to bank and store. But no avail. Therefore i am complaining here for the same. Please resolve my issue.

Bank is not taking any action. I feel like they’ve cheated me with promise of 6k cash back.
