Hi i had booked a ticket in irctc with my hdfc debit card but the transaction is failed due to transaction timed out and i have checked in irctc refund history they said the amount is sent back to bank please find the attached photos but i didn't received any money in my account please help me to get the money back. Feb 12, 2018 Updated by Jagadishhh Hi now i have received a sms from hdfc saying your money is credited to your account, but money is not credited. Please find the attached bank statement photo for reference. "Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 3527 for Rs. 1455.00 has been credited/reversed by IRCTC85505 on[protected]:19:29:03" Verified Support Feb 13, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Please share your Account No./Customer ID with registered contact info & the issue on [protected]@hdfcbank.com.
