[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Irresponsible behaviour of hdfc towards customer | |||||
I have registered a complaint regarding the payment made through hdfc even after the cancellation of the request. The complain have been made on 11 jan. I am a regular user of card and have been making the payment regularly. HDFC has showed carelessness in resolving my issue and they have informed me they are putting my card into block list for not making the payment for the month of feb rather than resolving my complain [protected]. They have created a problem for me and not ready to resolve my issue even on followups their executives promise to call back and they fail. And being a genuine customer my card being blocklisted for their mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
