[Resolved] HDFC Bank — irresponsible staff | |||
My group have around 25 account with hdfc bank ltd, paldi branch, ahmedabad since 8 years. From last 3 years, branch manager and our group relationship manager (Rm) change. Our preferred group, alloted rm mrs. Kruti is very irresponsible and rough language lady. She always avoid to take any responsibility and blame always customers. We compalint branch manager, but he also safely cover her as a overloaded rm. But most of preferred group clients are known about her irregularity and irresponsibility towards branch customers. We also request other higher authorities about that issue, but no one take any action against her. We request you people, before opening account with hdfc bank kindly confirm that branch services, otherwise u are suffering from irritation and harrassment. I m going to close all my 25 accounts and dmat account now onwards from hdfc bank ltd. Was this information helpful? | |||
