HDFC Bank — ISAQMC charges every quarter with no easy option to deactivate

My HDFC NRO Savings account is charged Rs 295 every quarter for a mutual fund account I have not been using for the last 7 years.
I'm abroad and don't see a possible option to deactivate this mutual fund account and get the refund.

This is a rip-off and poor service from HDFC.
