HDFC Bank — issue of cheque book

Bank manager / gm mr moriya from deesa branch gujarat not accepting cheque book request forma and accrding to him this needs net banking which i refused and he is talking in unethical manner, with repeated requist for the cheque, he was saying you can go to other bank so, i have to complain you on this forum, kindly resolve my problem and oblique, we area having 11 group accounts in your hdfc bank,
