[Resolved] HDFC Bank — issue with credit card payment | |||
Dear sir, This is a real harassment by your bank when it comes to payment of your credit card payment. Few months back i already had a word with your executives regarding my outstanding payment and as discussed over the phone, amount of around rs 53000 inr in order to close this card. And when i last spoke to your customer care executive as per her the outstanding balance will be waived and only a payment of rs500-700 will be needed. I'm sure you have record of every single call. But it's still showing amount outstanding and money has been deducted from my account without my concern. This is very strange that my account is getting debited without my permission as well as no msg is been sent regarding the same. Finally just want to inform you close this with immediate affect as i have already stopped using that card. Please assist me on this or else i have to lodge a complain against this department of hdfc bank. I was really a happy and satisfied customer of hdfc never thought i will be treated like this.
