HDFC Bank — Issue with IMPS Transaction - Processor Error

Dear HDFC Preferred Banking,

I have made an IMPS transaction of INR 50, 000 from my HDFC Bank account to my ICICI Bank account. Later I got a message from HDFC Bank that
"UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 50, 000.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reasons. (IMPS Ref No.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected]".

When I check the status in netbanking, it shows status as Processor error. Money is debited from my HDFC Bank account but not yet credited to my ICICI Bank account. please kindly look into this issue on urgent basis

RRN Reference Number for your transaction is :[protected].

Please kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis and help me to either refund money back into my HDFC account or to my ICICI bank account.
