I've preferred account with your bank hence your rm had been approached to me to open a family account wherein i had asked him to open my kids account dated on 1st sept'16 & still that account has not been opened & today i've been asked for some more signature is pending that too after repeated discussion with your rm - this is 2nd time when i am experiencing such a bad services from a reputed bank - i regret to say that your processes are weak & has no control rather than only sales push - you really need to revisit on your existing processes to make it smooth. Earlier also i had paid approx 25-30k from my pocket to your bank for your bank employee's mistake in past & now i cannot lose any single penny for your poor services - i want 6mth's interest amt of 10k amt which was taken by me through chq. I am documenting & bringing in your notice that i want my previous 25-30k amt which was paid by me for fd related issue (Approx 4-5 yrs back when nitin bhosale was a bm of this branch) & also i want all benefits of this account which i may be missed because of such delays Was this information helpful? | |||||
