I am a salary account holder in HDFC bank and my account is blocked since last 10 days
after multiple visits to my nearest branch as well as hdfc branch located near my work location ( greater Noida Alpha 1 commercial belt ) somehow i managed to get the information that my KYC is not done properly
now the issue is that i have submitted all my kyc documents but still my account is in blocked state.
in this though pendemic suitation all my savings is on hold and i cant take my salary also
there is no proper response from bank and they are simply delaying my request to update KYC
is this the way how hdfc treat its customer ? this is very frustrating for me, Its very shameful for a prestigious bank harassing their customers in such a way Was this information helpful? |
