HDFC Bank — KYC is not updated in HDFC Bank

Hi team,
I'm a customer of HDFC Bank. My bank account is blocked due to some KYC updation issues, and most importantly, they have not informed me about the same. I got to know about this when I didn't use my credit card in petrol pump and other place I contacted the bank and also earlier already submitted the required documents to complete the KYC process and to unblock my account but it has already been more than 3 days and there is no communication from the bank via mail/text. What is taking them so long to unblock my account?
I request you to please unblock my account again as soon as possible.
