[Resolved] HDFC Bank — kyc not handled properly at bank | |
We got e-mail about submitting kyc documents a month ago. All the documents are uploaded to website and emailed. No repose on receiving the documents or review of documents. 10 days later there is another e-mail to update kyc details, same again we uploaded documents to website and emailed them. 2 days our account is blocked with no explanation. Their us toll free number is a joke no body lifts the phone. Hdfc bank is a scam try to avoid this bank. No service from these people, un believable. Was this information helpful? | |
