I am very disappointed to say that, i have very bad experience with your credit card. I have make credit card in auto payment from my hdfc netbanking. But when i checked there was late fee charges in every month and gst charges every month. Problems
- i never received call from customer care or any message that there is late fee in your credit card, like i get call from american express card
- time to connect customer care is very long.
- i am having preferred banking, but not seen any use of it as if there is something wrong, preferred banker should contact me. Was this information helpful? |
