Lic tied with hdfc smartpay from 2017 (Document attached) 3. Disputed started from 2017 to 2018 yrs (2 yrs) when hdfc smart pay fails to pay lic as per policy no[protected] 4 hdfc smart payment not intimated faliure report to customer as non payment policy despite of registered which is intimated date 11 july 2017 4 resulting policy have been lapsed and rs 418 and rs 75.24 has been charged from customer by lic 5 customer also loose seniority of policy and under waiting period Was this information helpful? | |||
