[Resolved] HDFC Bank — lien on account after payment | |
My name is rahul gopinath. My salary account is hdfc and i am a credit card holder of the same.Due to certain circumstances i was not able to pay credit card due for last 2 months and bank has been marked lien to my account.But 10th august i have cleared by credit card due through pay zapp app as per bank executive instructions.More over since my PF amount was credited to the same they have deducted 2 months emi due also.After clearing all the dues till now bank is not releasing my account balance of nearly 40 k.We tried to contact the customer care no & credit card Department.After continous calling once when we r able to get them they are requesting a call back and this continued for nearly 15 times and we didn't get any call till now.Kindly do the needf to release the account as soon as possible.Saddest part is that bank is not ready to give any proper response through their customer care no's which is actually for name sake.Please dont repeat the same over here.You can contact me in my mail id [protected]@live.in .Requesting your cooperation.
