I have taken HDFC click to protect plus Extra life option insurance policy of 50 lakhs (Term 40yrs.), on 28th Sept 2015 via online payment of Rs 13010/-. After payment to HDFC policy, I find page this session was expired & I didn't get any application & proposal no. for purchased policy but my payment had done. I confirmed from my Bank it clearly shows the payment I had done in favor of HDFC life insurance. Regarding this matter I have contacted HDFC customer care[protected] so many times through phones & emails. Till not receiving any response mail regarding purchased Term insurance policy from HDFC. They don't have information of status of policy & my proposal no. till and even after 1 week.
On 4th Oct 2015, I have received SMS as well as call from Emeditek TPA regarding medical test. In that SMS, I received Application no as 17913757. I provided this application no. to HDFC customer care. Many times I have written to Ravina Chavan from online support team through interaction ID ‘HDFCSL=[protected]' Proposal No.: 17913757, HDFC Life. For my applied policy proposal form for further procedure, she has told me to allow us some time while we get back to you with proper resolution. They are behaving totally unprofessional. It is total waste of time & money and there is worst service from HDFC Life Support Team.
I requested to refund of my money or Issue me policy document at earliest but still there is no response at all till date. I am very much dissatisfied with service and I feel like cheated with HDFC click2 protect term insurance. I want to suggest all the people pls. don't buy HDFC click2 protect term insurance they are making u fool.
With respect to above, I request HDFC Life to refund paid amount Rs.13010/- along with interest and compensation for poor service.
Kindly look in to the matter ASAP.
