I have already raised a complaint before regarding the same Policy Number 17139698 on 28th Nov 2014 and got a response back that my issue will be taken care within 2days. Unfortunately that didn't happen and I am back again here writing all in vain.
No body has given any right to any bank to hold anyone's money for that long whatever is the amount. It will be 2months since I have applied for the insurance but till date there is no response from the bank. This is a shame that I raised a customer complaint but still no action was taken which means all this complaints and all are just waste of time but I am not going to leave it all here, I will escalate this issues to high level people in HDFC from where ever possible. You people really cant play around with our time and money. This is not accpetable to no one has given the right to you.
I am done here.. You guys have tested my patience way much and this is and disgusting. I know this email will be read by any other email you get and wont even responded may be.
