It just happened like this. I was an old customer of HDFC LIFE endowment plus plan. Never faced any problem while making payment of my premiums. Just forgot that i was on the giving end all along. Overwhelmed by their service (all ), i purchased one term plan online. It was a new offer from their kitty. Quite intimidating. "Your policy is just clicks away". Going by this I clicked their website on February 2015. Till now, no policy document is in my hand. No prompt reply from customer service. Its pathetic. They will respond you only if, you mention the name IRDA in your mail. May be they have installed some filters. So friends, be careful. HDFC Life is not that what it used to be. Perhaps, they are not prepared to deal with this type of borrowed idea. And look ! who are the victims: its US.
Just to update i have already forwarded my reminder to Mr. Amitabh Choudhury, MD of hdfc life just 3days back but no reply received since then. Was this information helpful? |
