Dear Sir,
I have taken one policy from HDFC life in 2009. I paid 3 premium by direct debit option. In 2012 I missed
to keep balance in my account and could not visit any branch as I am settled in abroad since few years.
I tried to contact some agent by call or by my relatives in India but no one helped us to provide the
status of my policy.
So, policy remain unpaid till date and now they replied few days back that we have to pay our three
installment with interest amount 23850 if we want to continue.
I sent them request to waive the charges so I can pay pending amount. But they are not giving any
reply. I sent many reminders but no reply. I also request them to give calculations if I want to
surrender but no reply.
Kindly note that we are getting very poor service from this company. After selling product, no one is
there to help us.
