HDFC life insurance is such a poor insurance company that they even doesnt care for their customers, They will never call you even if there is requirement from their side, you have to call them time to time. Custumer care representatives are so chep that they even dont know what their policy for work is decided, every representative will give you different different solutions for a particular problem. Not a happy after dealing with HDFC.
