Dear Sir, Kindly contact undersigned for sharing the below stated list of documents in reference and representations made till date. Reference: 1. Letter dated 18.06.2014 (Flag 1) 2. Letter received from HDFC vide letter dated 08.07.2014 (Flag 2) 3. Reply to above letter from HDFC vide letter dated 02.09.2014 (Flag 3) 4. Email received from Indusind Bank dated 23.09.2014 (Flag 4) 5. Reply to above email from Indusind Bank vide letter dated 06.11.2014 (Flag 5) 6. Letter received from Indusind Bank dated 28.11.2014 (Flag 6) 7. Letter received from HDFC Limited dated 01.12.2014 (Flag 7) Dear Sir, This is having reference to the above stated series of communications with Indusind Bank Ltd. (IBL) & HDFC Limited (HL) wherein the undersigned’s have expressed dis-satisfaction towards several issues pertaining to the home loan with HL thru IBL. We humbly request your kind self to refer above stated communications which are self-explanatory to gather background of the case. Moreover, till date valid responses are still awaited as per queries stated below: 1. Justification for assuming all the customers literate enough for visiting your website www.hdfc.com for understanding various applicable charges as stated above. 2. Justification for not appraising the intricate details of how the home loan product on floating interest rate operates during approval & disbursal process. 3. Justification for not informing in detail the schedule of charges at the time of disbursal of loan. 4. Justification for not appraising the linkage of interest rates with spread and conversion charges. 5. Justification for not providing the conversion fees receipt immediately upon receipt of requisite payment. 6. Justification for not informing either by email or by letter regarding changes in interest structure form time to time. 7. Justification for not incorporating the detail pertaining to conversion & spread in loan agreement. 8. Justification for not replying to my email dated 10.06.2014 despite several reminders. Moreover, IBL representative from Gurgaon named Mr. Sachin Khanna, email: sachin.[protected]@indusindbank.com Address: Indusind Bank Corporate Office, Building no. 10/B, Cyber City – 3rd Floor, Gurgaon, Haryana called undersigned and informed during the verbal discussion that all the applicable charges like, cheque return, non-payment penalty, etc. are not practically possible to explain to all the customers at the time of approval / disbursement of loan and IBL / HL presume that the said details are known to the customers and they are well educated. Upon discussing above issues at length with Mr. Sachin, he finally said that, as I had approached HL & got the conversion done, so at this instance IBL would not be able to intervene and get the clarification. Had I not approached HL at the first instance & approached IBL, in this can IBL would have helped. Finally, IBL vide letter dated 28.11.2014 informed that IBL is having a referral tie-up with HL for home loan product. Accordingly, all customer requests for home loans are forwarded to HL for processing. We hereby raise serious concern on the above contradictory statement made by IBL wherein IBL representatives kept on answering my queries (Flag A) without bringing HL in loop and now IBL is trying to wriggle & elope from the case. Had IBL referred by case to HL as per their referral arrangement, the above issues wouldn’t have erupted as IBL representatives are having lack of clarity on subject issues. I would like to emphasize that: • IBL & HL have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in its approach with customers. • I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of above stated reasons. • As a consequence of opaque service and the repeated incompetency displayed by IBL’s representatives, we have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration which has severely affected my performance i.e. from Outstanding in 2012-13 to Achieving in 2013-14 in my professional career and parallel we suffered various physical ailments too. Documentary evidence for viz. performance results, medical test reports, prescriptions, etc. shall be furnished upon request. Given the above sequence of events, I again request IBL & HL to reimburse the Loan Processing Charges, Principle & Interest EMI amount paid by me towards honouring the loan until final settlement and processing fees paid by self towards change in minus spread. Moreover, foreclose my home loan account at IBL’s & HL’s risk & cost as IBL & HL are grossly engaged in unfair practices. In addition, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs. 10, 00, 000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) for the extreme stress and mental agony IBL & HL have caused to me. Hence, we request your kind self to intervene & helping us with pointwise resolution & above stated compensations regarding the issues described above with documentary evidences as despite of several above communications we are now helpless that all of the above queries are still unanswered.
