[Resolved] HDFC Bank — loan account | |||
Complain matter: horrible customer service and avoidance by hdfc bank to clear loan a/c dues. Its been 3 weeks since daily follow ups with hdfc bank, andheri west branch to close las/loan account against securities. Despite repeated daily phone calls and follow-ups, hdfc bank's attitude towards existing customers is to avoid calls from customers. Meanwhile, they are daily accuring interest on outstanding loan.
