[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — loan account closure is not updated on my cibil even after 5 years

Hdfc bank has not updated my loan & credit card account status on my cibil account yet for the last 4-5 years. My following hdfc bank accounts were closed 4-5 years ago but it is showing as an active on my cibil account and is impacting my cibil score. These accounts are getting displayed as an active and with some amount as pending and impacting my cibil score but i paid all the money for these accounts on time and these accounts were closed 4-5 years back.

This is really very poor services of hdfc bank.

I want to get this updated as soon as possible on my cibil account as i closed these accounts 4-5 years back.
