[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — loan amount paid on due date, still fine was charged

I have a loan with hdfc bank. I had paid the loan. Inspite of that, that bank has deducted fine. I called hdfc phone banking people and explained that i was charged unnecessarily. Later they admitted and told me a refund request was passed. I will be getting my money. But again my loan amount was debited from my account second time. I had that amount to pay my kids fees. How can bank do this? I need justice.
