[Resolved] HDFC Bank — loan | |||||
Hi, The below incident happened on 11th november, 2017. I got a call from someone asking for my kyc documents. I questioned him, that i did not request anyone to collect, and from where did he get my number. He said somebody might have given wrong number. And on 13th nov, 2017 i got a call from the below number saying that i have applied for a loan and if i have submitted my documents to the person on saturday. [protected] They even referred me using my full name. And when i started asking questions, they cut the call. They are not picking my call after that. I have not applied any loan nor have i authorised anyone for doing the same on my behalf. How can someone else apply a loan on my behalf? Is my details safe with the bank?
