[Resolved] HDFC Bank loan — Credit card payment harassment calls | |||||
Hi team, I mohamed adeeb would like to inform you that i have a personnel loan from hdfc bank[protected] i have missed to pay the emi of the month march and received a call from the collection team bangalore. He is so rude to me telling that if i fail ti make the payment in a days time he will go to my house and harass my parents to make the payment. The reason for not making the payment was one of my friend had used my credit card and my salary account was been to -57000, i had completed paying the money to the bank in a notice of 20 days. The question i am asking is when i can pay such a huge amount why cant i pay 4118??? The collection team should be a little polite to the customers.
