[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Loan Disbursement | |||||
Hi, I have a running loan from HDFC. Unfortunately, the building construction has been delayed, due to which the loan disbursements have been slow. We expect HDFC to check the construction status whenever a Demand letter is forwarded for clearance. However, we have noticed that HDFC has cleared loan disbursement even without checking whether CC and other clearances in place. Most of the banks are doing this primary check, but HDFC is not.
