[Resolved] HDFC Bank — loan interest - false promise | |||
I had applied for personal loan in hdfc. Initially they told me that rate of interest is 10.99%. So i submitted the documents. After approval also... The called and confirmed that interest is 10.99% and i will get a free insurance coverage for the same. Later next day they are calling and telling interest is 13.5% and i have to pay 6k for insurance. How cunning. They are not responding properly and they are not reducing it.
