[Resolved] HDFC Bank — loan pre closure statement loan account number 30972619 | |
We are facing very difficult to get balance statement for closing loan account. As i came hdfc banerjee road branch for closing statement. They said after giving application i have to wait for 15 days to get statement. Here it is one day time taking process any type of closing work. For this simple work i have to come again after 15 days to get statement. So it is ridiculous decision taken by hdfc. Hereby i requesting pls do the needful at your end. The Bank has charged me Rs394.18 for Depository charges on Demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side.
