HDFC Bank — loan recovery

My name is prafulla sharma my account no. Is [protected] and my auto loan number 50295932. I have taken auto loan form hdfc bank and pay regularly emi but only two days late payment hdfc deducted 3000 rs from my account and reason is loan late pay recovery. Hdfc can take a late payment but a huge amount deduction is not a right so please so nobody should take a loan from hdfc., and please don't take any service and loan from hdfc they deduct large money.
