I had send 2 mails in National Consumer helpline but my problem still not resolve all the details of mail is given below,
i wish you will solve it as early as possible
I m applying loan balance transfer from GIC to HDFC Ltd.
1) As per the Bank instruction i will give all the document step by step and processing fee Cheque to bank executive Indresh Nishad.
2) after few days(10-15 days) i called the banker Mis Priya and ask about my status but there is no reply for 2 days.
3) after a 2 days one of miss Archana called me and clear her quries and then after also process will stop.
4)Afetr few days i called the banker then the executive send me a massege for further documet.
5) After i collect the documnt i will give them and ask about time to sancation they told me will inform you.
6) Then after 2 days called me and ask me about builder NOC at the time he told me same i ask them if you any think want then told me at this time after word i will naver give you anything at that time Mr. Ravishankar Mishar Manager told me its ok its a last document(ie suddnly want them urgently) and told me sir you pls get it urgently you will get the cheque for same day(because of month end for his target achieve).
7) In morning 30th November 2015 i collect it from my builder office and gave them but they told me Sir its too much late today.
8) on 2nd Dec they told me Sir want CC i.e. not in agreement i told him if i m gave you document 15 days before you cant saw the documnet now you told me at last that you will having another documnet. now today is 3rd Dec and my previus bank ECS date is 5th Dec.
First the Priya talk me abt the processing fee waviur then after few days she mssage me that waviur is not for self employed, i will told them my loan is joint loan my father and me.
My father is Govt. Servent and i m self employed, my father is first applicant, but the Ravishankar told me that you are qualify as a Self employed hence the waviur is not possible.
Now I will also talk with my lawyer for the same because your company harase me and its final to launch a complaint against your HDFC ltd. and will send you a copy for the same.

Right now the same you are going the one document come once again at the last moment, i.e.
7.Consent letter from sibling in HDFC format.
No baody had told me abt this and nor having any format like this, when i called the mulund branch then your executive told me about the same and told me if i cant give the complete format i cant recieve cheque.
Its realy too much harasment from your end and now onward i dont have submit any document from my end cause i had already given you too much documents for the same.
I want reply very soon about this matter.
