I am senior citizen of 81 years old and I financed purchase of flat for my son. Still my son had to take loan of Rs 30 lacs from hdfc in april 2016 on floating rate. The installment outgo is Rs 27750 for 20 years. After reduction in interest rate present installment should be around Rs 24500. Whereas RBI is helping everybody for buying houses but these banks are not rtady to listen. Most of the persons I talked to are helpless. I retired in 1004 from P S U AS GENERAL MANAGER.
