My policy no. 00347637 matured on 22/3/2019.
As per advise on 24/9/2018, i have uploaded required document i. E pan card, aadhar card and cancelled cheque on 5/10/2018 to process my claim and i have received information regarding processing of my documents after six month i. E. On 11/3/2019. I have brought to the notice of hdfc life via tweeter on 26/3/2019 and repeatedly but i got reply that "we are working on your concern and share a update at the earliest". Since 26/3/2019, there is no update from hdfc life.
My complaint/grievance is
-there is no communication from hdfc life except advice to submit document, which i have submitted on 5/10/2018
-it takes six months for information that your documents has been processed on 11/3/2019.
-despite all the documents, my maturity claim was not settled.
- i have not received any communication regarding deficiency in my document or any reason for delay in settlement.
This has resulted in harassment, mental torture and financial loss to me. I hope my maturity claim will be settled and compensated for delay of more than 1 Was this information helpful? |
