[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — membership charges

Respected sir,

Today i talk with phone banking on 23.11.2018 about the bill wef 18.09.18 to 08.10.18 which is charged against me for first year membership amount shown rs.1000/-. Which is excess amount shown in the current bill ie 18.11.2018.

First of thing when your staff fill up the form in the month of may-2017 at cisf camp ioc refinery that time he said to us this is un-chargable card because this card is being issued only para militery forces. This is special package for paramilitery forcess. You dont worry and enjoy against hdfc card facility. Then we welcome his statement and fill up for issue of new membership of hdfc credit card.

After few days the card issued to me, after one month hdfc unnecessary recharge in every month rs.100/- by your office in this mobile no-[protected]. I have complained in every months but nobody can solved the against recharge by your hdfc staff.

In this regard i requested to your please rectified the bill and fresh bill generate against the current bill statement on dated 18.11.2018 and send immediately. I pay against the bill without fine and well in time possible.
