I am purchasing your policy in 2016. Time of purchasing your sales guy commitment and your customer support agent and welcome call whose i revived are same last 3 year but after 3 year bank customer executive guys says different think to me i call you customer care for help he says term r change now if you not paid company deduced your money when you withdraw we r not provide same kind of services because now you not paid your premium.

When the time of selling, time of welcome call, time of premium your wording are something and after your wording are change
