I have an account in HDFC BANK, Egmore branch, Chennai. IFSC CODE- HDFC0001284. I have been charged ₹ 2339 for I don’t know what reason. I wasn’t alerted about this also.what to do now. This is very unethical to charge such high amounts without giving a proper reason. As a consumer I should know the charges levied upon me. I am not getting a proper customer care support also.
