[Resolved] HDFC Bank — misbehave over phone of hdfc bank representative | |||
A customer representative of hdfc bank called me on phone for the verification of adress as i had applied for new credit card. She was a lady and her way of talking was very bad. Even she said words like tum, tere father k name kya h. When i asked her about her behavior then she cut my phone. Even i tried to call her but she did not attend my phone. Telephone number from she called [protected]. I just what type of training you have given to ur representatives. They do not have any professionalism. Customers are assets not liabilities of bank.
