[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — misbehave to my father by call center executive

Address:Khordha, Odisha, 751019

I am using your bank credit card and due some reason i am unanble to paid the pending amount and its got delayed with 10 to 15 days. One of your credit card customer service executive call to my father's number ([protected]) on dated 23 feb 2018 and misbehave my father with very rude voice. He is a senior citizen. I request you to take strong against in this regards.
