HDFC Bank — Misbehave with family member

My name is Arun Brijlal Yadav and i am using HDFC bank services since when i started working. I was having salary account with HDFC from last 10 Years now. Also, I am having HDFC credit card and two wheeler loan everything was going smooth all the payment on time. But due to pandemic i lost my job and was not able to make payment of my credit card. One day a girl came to my place her name was Dimple Gaurat and her number is [protected] and she is HDFC bank employee. On Sunday 08.00 AM in the morning and she spoke with my MOM asking that connect a call with me but my mom was not able to do so because she is not educated and she don't know how to use phone then she started shouting on my mother and she disclosed everything that i used HDFC credit card and amount that i used everything she went in depression because she was not aware about all these. Dimple Gaurat was very aggressive and she disclosed everything with my neighbour as well now tell.
