[Resolved] HDFC Bank — misbehaving, misguided and only on phone and not working | |||
Sir.. I am akash verm. I visit to hdfc uttam nagar west branch. An employee chandrakant singh who misbehaving with me since last 10days and totally misguide me. Use abusive words. He doesn't work for customer and busy on phone all the time... Sir when i ask to chandrakant for loan procedures then he misguide me and said come tomorrow and busy on phone... Once i came tomorrow then he ask customer id and laugh to see my balance but not say procedure.. Was this information helpful? | |||
