I have taken a personal loan from your bank. I am not a defaulter loanee till the end of month december2018. But due to some hazardous condition i am unable to deposit an amount of rs.5160.00 in my account. But an employee of your bank using very slang word about me like "toutar"and "a fraud" by calling me as well as my brother as well as my friend. I am very much aware about the installment.
