Dear sir,
This is to reference with my HDFC Bank Diners Club credit card No 3608 86***3 5578. I want to register a complain against services through call centers. They people force us to take so many schemes but at the end time no benefits are provided and no one is ready to take a note of it.
I have taken a health insurance from HDFC Ergo on April 2014 after a call from their call center executive. He/she told me that my credit card will be activated for lifetime and also replace from Diners Club to any other 16 digit card if I take health insurance from HDFC Ergo. (I HAVE CALL RECORDS FOR READY REFERENCE). Now they also told me the benefit that if there is no claim arises then HDFC Bank will refund total premium amount paid to my credit card. But after two years when policy ends they again call me and told me another story that if I not renew the policy then how come bank refund against the policy. So I have to renew the policy and after six month the policy automatically stops and your total refund get processes and deposit to your HDFC Credit card. They also provided me the details of cancellation of policy.

Now the policy still continues and premium added to my credit card statement. This is fraud to the customers. No one is going to answer in this issue.
